The Head of Sales, US Biologics will lead the US field-based biologics sales team by developing and implementing strategies that maximize business opportunities and bring value to physicians, hospitals and patients. This key leadership position will oversee, develop, and employ sales initiatives to achieve our organizational goals.
Key responsibilities include the implementation of all marketing initiatives, including contributing to brand equity development, annual brand planning and forecast. The Head of Sales will design and build the US sales organization and implement strategies that maximize commercial opportunities for Dr. Reddy’s Biologic products across Immunology, Oncology and Rare Disease.
The role will report into the Head of Commercial, Biologics North America and will be a standing member of the Biologics Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
Responsibilities:
Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences and/or Business Administration, Master's degree preferred
Minimum work experience: Minimum 15 years of US pharmaceutical or biologics sales management experience including a minimum of 5 years as a Regional Business Director. Minimum of 3 years’ recent experience specifically with biologics reimbursed as medical benefit, buy-and-bill in the biologic space with a successful track record of establishing sales strategy and leading sales teams and operations.
3 years’ experience in US Immunology or Oncology marketing preferred.

The Head Sales will work closely with members of the US Biologic leadership team including market access, marketing, strategy and analytics and medical in delivering differentiated patient solutions to stakeholders. The incumbent will ensure strategies and tactics are executed in full compliance of all federal and state laws. As the face of Dr. Reddy’s Biologics to our key customers and employees, incumbent is expected to fully embrace and live Dr. Reddy’s vision, mission and values and hold their management teams accountable for the same standards of performance and leadership behaviors.
