Job DescriptionAmteck is currently looking to hire Helpers for our SC Service Dept. If you are a hard worker, show up to work on time, put your best into what you do, then this opportunity is for you. Participants will participate in a one week training program to learn the tasks of the job they will be doing in the electrical industry. Upon completion, candidates will work on our large project site in Anderson, SC where they will continue to learn and train in the electrical trade.
We offer long-term opportunities as well as steady work, benefits and a 401K. You will have the ability to diversify your electrical skill set with being able to learn others within Amteck. - 2 years of electrical experience on commercial or industrial sites
- Ability to install conduit, wire and cable systems as required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to install and terminate panels, switchboards and other electrical equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs on faulty circuits, equipment or systems
- OSHA10 preferred but not required
