Wilber is excited to welcome new members to our accounts receivable team! Our ideal Bilingual Collector candidate can multi-task in a fast-paced call center environment, has strong organizational skills, and is able to read, speak and write fluently in Spanish.Required:

• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibility:

• Take/place calls to customers/debtors.
• Maintain office policies and procedures.
• Update/ validate contact information.
• Manage day-to-day office operations.

NOT NEEDED but apply if you have the following experiences:

• Customer service
• Sales
• Accounts receivable
• Collections
• Call center
• Insurance claims
