PPG is Hiring a Regional Manager Near Louisville, KY
The Regional Manager will report to the Divisional Manager and work remotely in the Louisville. This territory will cover Kentucky and Southern Indiana.Key Responsibilities
- Identify important partner relationships in effort to build strategic account partnerships and defined programs – emphasis is to improve share and revenue potential with a goal of supply exclusivity by building sales agreements.
- Develop and implement the profit plan for the assigned region and ensure that profit and sales goals are met.
- Analyze main performance metrics to ensure the region achieves goals.
- Collaborate with your team functions to provide field feedback on performance issues and customer requirements.
- Lead a team of outside sales members by implementing sales strategies and processes to engage current and new customers.
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years proven experience managing a team and demonstrated experience selling success; 8 years of selling experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with CRM software tools, sales analytics, and territory reporting.
- Travel within the designated territory is required up to 50%.
