Clinical Supervisor or LCSW for a Non-Profit Center

Position Overview: As the Clinical Supervisor or LCSW, you will play a pivotal role in providing assessments to patients, facilitate training when on-site to ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic treatment program. From managing administrative tasks to supporting clinical staff, your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the services provided by the Non-Profit program.

Minimum Qualifications:

• LCSW, LMFT, or LMHP certification required, showcasing your understanding of clinical practices
• Licensed to provide clinical supervision
• Must be qualified in adherence to the New ACBHD Guidelines for Scope of Practice (MH)
• Strong organizational and communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Experience in facilitating on-site training to staff
• HIPPA compliant
• Proficient typing and word processing skills to handle data entry tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with basic healthcare technology

Compensation & Work Schedule:

• Contract
  • July 2024 - July 2025
• Flexible Work Schedule:
  • 10 hours a week total
    • 7 hours remote / virtual check-ins
    • 2-3 hours a week on site in Oakland, CA

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with the Middle Eastern refugee community services and referral sources
• Provide basic level preventative therapy services
• Efficiently manage scheduling tasks to optimize clinic operations
• Oversee HR and personnel matters, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collect and maintain accurate client data for record-keeping purposes through the County System technology
• Coordinate and develop monthly trainings on site to staff
• Undertake miscellaneous projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• Offer assistance to clinicians and staff members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment
