Position Summary:
The Senior Manager of Partner Experience leads a cross-company initiative to define the Pax8 experience for our partners and develop the engagement, programs, and services that deliver a world class experience. They define partner personas and profiles, partner journey, and differentiated value propositions. The Senior Manager leads research and market benchmarking to define and develop the Pax8 partner experience. They lead the voice of partner (NPS & CSAT) initiatives, conduct journey mappings, devise digital experience for each partner segment, monitors social media, and directs continuous program evaluation and improvement cycles.
The Pax8 Digital Sales and Sales Excellence organization is on a mission to accelerate Pax8 revenue, harness data to create agile digital sales strategies to empower Pax8 sales to craft successful solutions with partners and build agile processes and tools that scale with our dynamic and growing business.
