Compunetix is currently seeking an Accountant to handle daily accounting functions.
ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the A/P department
Monitor accounts and manage vendor payments
Process credit applications
Reconcile Accounts payable ledgers, bank accounts
Prepare GL account analysis, monthly/annual reports, and annual audit
RequirementsBS in accounting, finance, or related field
5 years’ experience with Accounts Payable, supervisory experience a plus
Experience/Exposure to working in purchasing a plus
Knowledge of accounting principles
Strong organizational/problem solving skills
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
