Compunetix is currently seeking an Accountant to handle daily accounting functions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the A/P department
- Monitor accounts and manage vendor payments
- Process credit applications
- Reconcile Accounts payable ledgers, bank accounts
- Prepare GL account analysis, monthly/annual reports, and annual audit
- BS in accounting, finance, or related field
- 5 years' experience with Accounts Payable, supervisory experience a plus
- Experience/Exposure to working in purchasing a plus
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong organizational/problem solving skills
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
