looking for a full-time outgoing Front Desk Admin to join our team and help bring our mission of “Inspiring

We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated, for full-time or part-time. Someone who loves the idea of
working with people from all walks of life. As part of our team, you'll be helping those in need with their
behavioral health, whether it's individual counseling or assistance with substance use and mental health
issues.

Summary:
We are looking for a Front Desk admin to organize and coordinate office administration and procedures,
to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. This person will oversee one
outpatient facility that provides substance abuse and mental health services.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and
executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no
supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoy the
administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
We are looking for and must be able to:
  • Bilingual preferred Communication skill
  • Problem analysis and assessment Judgment and problem-solving
  • Decision making, planning and organizing work and time management
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Delegation of authority and responsibility
  • Information gathering and monitoring
  • Coaching skills, Initiative Integrity, Adaptability
  • Teamwork and collaboration
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proficiency in report writing and computer skills
  • Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle
  • High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years administrative and/or supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of business and management principle
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-time hours (40) are 9am-6pm and Part-time hours (25), Part-time (25) 12pm-6pm
Salary: $16.00
