Inside Sales Representative (Hybrid - In Office / Work From Home)

The role assists with supporting the Field Sales Organization by working to penetrate smaller accounts, G3X dealers, etc.

Key Responsibilities - Inside Sales Representative (Hybrid - In Office / Work From Home)

Communication with tire dealers

Maintain an updated contact list of dealers

Enter call reports

Process requests for price supports/acquisition issues

Resolution of customer issues

Building resources to satisfy customer concerns

Monitor the dealer compliance with standards, rules and regulations

Provide remote administrative support to the field sales associates

Setting up new dealer accounts

Billing corrections, providing pricing support

Assisting assigned dealers as their inside sales rep

Additional duties as assigned or needed

Required Skills and Knowledge- Inside Sales Representative (Hybrid - In Office / Work From Home)

  • Strong communication skills are a must
  • Working knowledge of current MS Office Product Suite and Lotus Notes, SAP, WAC, WAD, I-Gate, CIMS
  • Must possess strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Effective listening skills and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to build confidence and maintain relationships

Education and Experience - Inside Sales Representative (Hybrid - In Office / Work From Home)

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 1-3 years related experience (preferred)
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Sales and/or Soft Sales background (preferred)
