We are currently looking for a talented, experienced Reservations Agent to join our team at Felix Trattoria!
- Full-time position (5 days a week including weekends, 7 hour shifts)
- Experience with OpenTable
- Making/confirming reservations
- Responding to guest emails, phone calls and OpenTable text messages with a positive attitude.
- Directing calls to appropriate departments.
- Maintains constant awareness of table availability in OpenTable reservations system and is constantly updating availability.
- Appropriately tag all guest requests in OpenTable.
- Handling special requests.
- Verify the total number of guests in each party
- Demonstrates a pleasant demeanor and a sincere desire to be responsive to guest’s needs
- Accurately handles reservations and communicates the restaurants hours of operation
- Addressing miscellaneous admin and data-entry projects during downtime
- Supporting corporate team with administrative and office duties
- Maintains cleanliness of the office.
