As a Hearing Care Professional with HearUSA, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of our clients. You will provide standardized hearing evaluations, a high standard of client care, and follow-up with clients to ensure their needs are met.

What you will do:

  • Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing audiological assessments and hearing evaluations, along with following our model of Simply Excellent Hearing Care
  • Build relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommended
  • Manage hearing aid stock for same day fitting of hearing aids and for trials of clients that are undecided.
  • Stay informed of new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make the most meaningful recommendations to clients
  • Collaborate with our center team members to support both walk-in and scheduled clients.

 What we are looking for:

  • AuD. or a Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist/Dispenser with an active state license(s).
  • Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience
  • An excellent communicator who can establish a professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 55,000 -75,000
