As a Portioner at Appalachia Cookie Company, you will be responsible for portioning batches of dough into individual cookies. You will also help keep the store organized and clean. You should be passionate about the industry as well as delivering an exceptional customer experience. Our employees must maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation and food quality.

Pay: $12/hr

Position Requirements:

• Typical Shifts: 11am - 5pm; 3pm-9pm, 5pm - 11pm **SUMMER AND SEASONAL HOURS MAY VARY**
• Must be a quick learning individual.
• Proficient in the following areas: repetitive tasks, safety and sanitation.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pay close attention to detail.
• Must be positive and proactive.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Recognizing the difference between cookies.
• Repetitive movement and cognitive skills.
• Portioning cookies
• Sweeping, mopping and other general cleaning duties.

Availability Requirements:

• (Required) Ability to work at least 3 Shifts per week or 18 hours per week
• (Preferred) Availability for 5 shifts per week (Available for 5 and able to work 3 so that you can work a variety of shifts), combined from DAY shifts (11AM-5/6PM availability), MID shifts (3PM-9PM availability), or NIGHT shifts (5/6PM to 11PM/1AM availability)
• (Preferred) At least 1 Friday or Saturday shift availability per week
