Responsibilities

• Performs advanced technological systems support, maintenance, and testing for proper upkeep of systems; troubleshoots and resolves complex system hardware, software, and network failures and conflicts.

• Manage problem, or more in-depth, tickets that were escalated from Tier1 support.

• Oversees and performs the installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, networks, workstations and/or other related equipment and devices.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Preferred Education and Experience

• BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent education
• 2 years of C# or .NET CORE experience
• 2 years development experience with Microsoft SQL server
• 2 years of experience with Agile/SCRUM processes
• 1-2 years of experience with Windows 10/Windows 11, Outlook, Microsoft Office applications, and Internet Explorer.
• Innovative problem-solving ability
• Persistence with problem solving even when experiencing setbacks
• Ability to shift gears and learn new technology or information quickly
• Effective time management and priority-setting skills
