Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Performance Analytics: Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, measuring key metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer engagement
- Target List Analyses: Analyze client target lists to improve client QBRs and maximize the conversion rate of our sales proposals
- Reporting: Generate and maintain detailed reports and dashboards that communicate key performance metrics, market insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Forecasting: Collaborate with the Director of Commercial Analytics to develop accurate sales forecasts and demand projections based on historical data and market trends.
- Promotion Effectiveness Analysis: Assess the impact of promotions and promotions strategies on product sales and customer behavior
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success, to align analytics efforts with business objectives.
- Data Modeling: Utilize advanced statistical and data modeling techniques to extract meaningful insights and support strategic planning
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data quality checks and collaborating with the Data Engineering team as needed.
- Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, helping them develop their analytical skills and contribute effectively to the team's objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical analytics or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including expertise in statistical analysis and modeling.
- Experience with pharmaceutical data sources, including IMS, Symphony Health, or similar datasets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- A track record of delivering actionable insights that have driven business growth and decision-making in the pharmaceutical industry.
