$1,500 Sign-on Bonus!Job Type: Full Time Schedule: 37.5 hours/week (M-F)Location: On-Site, Pittsfield, MAPosition Overview:The on-site Specialist for Remote Supports position offers initial and ongoing support to members who are enrolled in Remote Support Services (RSS) according to the care plan.

- Read and sign off on member care plans, maintain emergency contacts & medication lists
- Attend intake & installation meetings for remote support members
- Provide ongoing technology education and awareness
- Hold on-call cell phone for managing missed vendor check-in calls
- Coordinate with staff delivering in-home supports and update electronic health records
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements & agency policies
- Report issues with remote equipment & participate in investigations as needed
- Represent the organization positively within the community & maintain professional communication with stakeholders
- At least 18 years of age with High School Diploma
- 1 year of human service experience
- Comfortable with technology and remote applications (ex. Zoom, teams, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Ability to learn new systems and software
- Ability to maintain composure and respond appropriately in an emergency response situation
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Must have an acceptable CORI, SORI, DPPC background check
- A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and the availability of a private vehicle
- Sign on bonus program
