Position purpose: To provide all our guests with the best, most memorable experience possible. Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:
Front desk customer service
Assist with bookings and reservations
Assist with cancellations and modifying reservations
Answer the phone at the front desk to respond to current and prospective guests' needs
Greet walk-in guests and guests with reservations when they arrive at the front desk
Prepare supply orders
Stock shelves
Light housekeeping including laundry
Ensuring Inn room consistency by checking rooms daily
Refer guests to local amenities and venues
Report any maintenance needs
Sorting mail
Data entry
Provide property information to ensure the right RV spot/Inn Room for our guests
Accept and process rent and RV/Inn payments
Activity and special events coordination
Communicate guests' requests and complaints to the appropriate department
Perform any additional tasks as required
The responsibilities and duties are not limited to those mentioned above. Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Friendly phone manner a must
Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Familiarity with the hospitality industry a plus
Willingness to maintain confidentiality
Customer service experience preferred
Ability to count and handle money accurately
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
HEALTH INSURANCE - Regular full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our Medical, Dental and Vision plans the first of the month following 60-days of employment in full-time status. We also offer various supplemental insurance programs to meet your specific needs.
PAID TIME OFF (PTO) - Full-time non-exempt employees begin accruing PTO at a rate of one week for the first year of employment, which can be used after 90 days of employment (.01925 hours per regular hour worked). The accrual rate increases to two weeks after two years of employment (.0385 hours per regular hour worked).
PART-TIME EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
PAID SICK LEAVE (PSL) - Part-time and Seasonal employees begin accruing PSL at a rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked. Employees cannot use PSL until after their 90 days of employment. Part-time employees may use up to 24 hours PSL per year, and cannot accrue more than 48 hours at any given time.
