Job Description/Key Responsibilities:

• Deep understanding of product development roadmap
• Possess deep experience in managing business processes or enterprise functional architecture or enterprise IT strategy
• Liaison with business users and external clients to understand evolving business requirements and external organizations
• Responsible for ensuring the right level of functional / business knowledge in the technical team
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and understand requirements
• Create Business requirements for the team
  Collaborate with QA team to come up with acceptance criteria
• Responsible for understanding the Design Control process and SEDP (Software Engineering Development Process) process.
• Define the phase deliverables, track milestones and incurred expenses versus planned expenses, schedule roles and resources, evaluate risks and recommend contingency plans
• Healthcare, Scrum methodology, Azure dashboard/JIRA, user story creation, requirement gathering and documentation, designing workflows
• Identify system, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Gather business requirements from Clinical or Business teams
• Understand the needs of multiple stakeholders.
• Understand and translate business requirements into technical design specifications.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in any one or more sub-sectors of Healthcare such as Life Science
• Hands-on experience as Business Analyst in Agile, Scrum, Provider/EHR experience, HL7, and InterOps engine/interfaces
• Good understanding of different FHIR versions, FHIR resources and FHIR mapping
• Strong experience in working with Quality Assurance team on preparing test/imported data, validating test strategies, and performing user acceptance testing
• Ability to understand the client's problem statement and strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive and adaptable to change with the ability to envision the final work product.
