MGR is Hiring an Accountant Near Vancouver, WA
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements
- Managing the general ledger
- Reconciling accounts payable and receivable
- Running payroll for a company of under 100 employees
- Preparing tax returns
- Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations
- Providing financial advice to management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a construction related company
- Experience with Sage Intacct
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
