Responsibilities:

- This position will be primarily housekeeping with light maintenance and groundskeeping duties. as needed

- Assist in maintaining a clean, warm, and welcoming environment throughout our buildings and grounds

- Assist with housekeeping duties, ensuring our spaces and residents' Apartment Homes are tidy, clean, and inviting

- Help keep our campus safe, reporting any touch-ups needed to our Environmental Services Manager

- Build positive relationships with residents, their families, coworkers, and management

Qualifications:

- Do you have a knack for fixing things? That's a plus! If not, no worries - we'll show you the ropes

- Do you have skills in housekeeping? Great! If not, we'll help you grow them

- Must be open to learning about chemical use, waste management, and infection control

- Must have a positive demeanor and great communication skillsvisiting with residents and their families happens every day here!

- Must be self-motivated and able to work with a team and independently

Position Details:

- Type: Part Time (30 hours per week, 60 hours per pay period) with Rotating Weekends and Holidays
