SCHEDULE:MON-FRI (4:00 PM - 2:00 AM)

Must have 2 to 5 years' printing press (Web Press Flexo) experience to be considered for this position and to qualify for the $5000 hiring bonus!

What You'll Do

This position is a full-time permanent position in a manufacturing environment. This position will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing of charitable and lottery gaming products, including pull-tab tickets (break-open tickets) and bingo paper.

This position will play a key role in producing high quality Bingo paper and directing the efforts of the assigned helper.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Direct the effort of the helper assigned to the shift.
• Troubleshoot printing related problems and take corrective course of action.
• Maximize production output through continuous process improvement.
• Minimize production waste through continuous process improvement.
• Utilize all available process control functions that the press is equipped with.
• Review and adhere to production schedules and suggest efficient changes where warranted.
• Observe and follow job ticket instructions.
• Continuous training of the helper to become a future operator.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Able to operate computer proficiently.
• Demonstrate working in a smart and safe manner.
• Accurately complete work center time sheets by shift end.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED
• Associates degree preferred or technical training in specific area
• 2 to 5 years' experience in area of responsibility
• Ability to read and follow printed instructions
• Ability to direct subordinates, if applicable
• Moderate to advanced computer skills
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision
• Ability to direct subordinates and/or crew, if applicable
• Troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to objectively review information pertinent to position
• Effective in time management
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner within a fast paced environment
• Ability to apply strong attention to detail and produce work with accuracy
• Ability to work independently and self‐direct work, and in a team oriented environment
• Aptitude to learn new computer software
• Ability to prioritize workflow, maintain schedules and follow up to meet deadlines
• Ability to work well in a diverse environment.
