We're a local tech company that helps small business owners build successful careers. Our team specifically helps identify why some customers are having a rough time so we can help them succeed in their business with our software.
Even with our 9.7 customer satisfaction score, at times customers get stuck. You will help them get set up, understand the software and troubleshoot any issues that may come up.
As long as you are ready to learn, we will train you on all the tech stuff, how to be comfortable mentoring our customers, helping them brainstorm how to better implement our products into a broader business strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Consult and mentor our customers via phone, chat, and email
• Educate and train our customers to effectively utilize our products
• Troubleshoot and solve customer issues using creativity and ingenuity
• Remain committed to resolving the customer's concerns
• Take proactive initiative to create an exceptional customer experience
