Why etrailer? We help neighbors journey! Our warehouse team sends our neighbors what they need to hike, bike, kayak, ski, camp, RV, and make memories with friends and family.
Purpose: As a part of the returns department, you and your teammates will be tasked with inspecting product that we receive back from our neighbors and determining how it will be processed back into the warehouse.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Investigating returned product.
• Using our programs to process product correctly.
• Decision making on used/damaged returned product.
• Repackage items.
• Help maintain a clean and organized workspace for you and your team.
• Other duties as assigned.
