Purpose: Oven Operator on Line 4 are primarily responsible for the production of the industrial baking machinery and support Line 4 on a day-to-day basis which includes the oven and pre-weigh ingredients.
Job Responsibilities:
Attend and be on time for all pre-shift production meetings.
Participation and adherence to all food safety and safety programs.
Completion of assigned Alchemy courses that are required throughout the year.
Perform day-to-day production operations on Line 4.
Pre-weighing and preparing of raw baking ingredients.
Ensure cookie product quality conforms to quality standards through baking process.
Breaking down and install machinery parts.
Washing equipment and parts between production changeovers.
Maintain equipment and work area in a sanitary and working condition.
Leave your area prepared and cleaned for the next shift.
Effectively communicate all relevant information to other production shifts and employees.
Other duties assigned by leadership.
Follow all:

Good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
Food safety management system policies and procedures.
Sanitation procedures.
Food safety management system policies and procedures to protect the Brand through providing extraordinary value through food safety and product quality.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (Required).
