You will join the foundation at an exciting time, with the opportunity to make a transformational impact. The foundation is in the public phase of a historic campaign to raise $3 billion to build a better future for Nebraska. The campaign is being led by many enthusiastic volunteers representing all areas of the University of Nebraska System. This paid position offers a flexible schedule of 10-15 hours per week with the requirement of at least 4 hours on Fridays, professional experience, learning opportunities, and a convenient work location in the downtown Lincoln area. We anticipate hiring this position as soon as possible.

Ways you’ll make an impact:

  • Purchase supplies and set up the skybox before each home football game.
  • Manage, package, and deliver tickets to donors, the Chancellor’s office, and within the Lincoln Foundation office.
  • Support our in-house football ticket program for employees.
  • Assist with greeting donors and guests as needed.
  • Responsible for database entry, mailings, creating spreadsheets, and other administrative duties
  • Special Projects as assigned based on team and organizational needs.

What you need:

  • Minimum Education: Current undergraduate status/enrollment at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically proofreading.
  • Discretion in handling confidential matters and information.
