The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and closing sales with prospective customers through cold calling, as well as via telephone, email, and web communication. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English. Open to any location in the US. Open to candidates based in Mexico, who can leverage their local knowledge and presence to enhance sales efforts.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cold calling and selling through virtual communication channels
• Maintain strong understanding of the Mexican market, including cultural nuances and business practices, to effectively connect with and sell to prospective customers
• Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the region
• Maintain up-to-date information in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools
• Utilize communication tools such as email, video conferencing, and instant messaging for sales purposes
• Build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships to create loyalty
• Achieve and exceed sales goals on a consistent basis
• Work flexible hours to accommodate clients in the Mexico market

SKILLS / ABILITIES:

• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools
• Ability to quickly learn and use industry-specific software and tools
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and principles
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales through cold calling

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably inside sales or telemarketing
• Experience with Flexo and Offset products and services is a plus
