CDI Contractors is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Fayetteville, AR

Position Summary:

Mid-level position to manage all aspects of construction project execution from preconstruction services through final project closeout. This position is typically based in the divisional office and includes concurrent multi-project responsibility.

Responsibilities:

A project manager has primary responsibility for client service, risk management, procurement, and cost management of construction projects. In addition, the project manager provides essential support during preconstruction for cost estimating and collaboration with architects/engineers to finalize construction documents, and to project superintendents during construction – all to ensure seamless project delivery services.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent industry experience
  • 7 Years of Experience in highly complex and related commercial or industrial construction projects

Other Requirements:

  • Analytical and Organizational problem solving skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Team leadership, motivational, and accountability skills
  • Advanced knowledge of construction contracting, processes, means and methods
  • Technology Savvy
