Hunting Energy Services is Hiring a Document Coordinator II Near Stafford, TX

To assure that correct and complete documentation created by the Product Documentation Coordinator, accompanies all orders; and complies with internal and customer requirements along with international and domestic shipping regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile, review and certify supporting documentation packages for all product lines. Included but not limited to, customer required information, material certificates, welding certificates, test results and product trackers in accordance with requirements stated on the Documentation Dashboard and applicable procedures.
  •  Use the ERP system to create required trackers, obtain certification and lot numbers; Scan & attach all required certifications and material test reports (MTR).
  •  Coordinate between Sales, Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure accuracy and quality of all customer documents and information.
  • Prepare Commercial Invoice; consolidate orders per invoice where applicable. Assemble information appropriate to each country, customer, and freight agent or collect/pre-pay as necessary.
  •  Preparation of Bills of Lading, Airway Bills, EEI (Electronic Export Information), and Shipper’s Export Declaration as necessary.
  • Assist Packaging coordinator when needed, must have Quality training on the final visual inspection process of products being packaged for customers or vendors.
  • Provide the documentation package to the customer by the means specified by the customer.

Required Skills and Experience:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • At minimum, one to 5 years in an Operations or Customer documentation environment, or equivalent.
  • A sense of urgency while working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining the highest level of quality is required.
  • Must have a demonstrated understanding of the MS-Office Suite of productivity tools.
  •  Computer aptitude. Picks up new programs quickly.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments.
  •  Must be a motivated, self-starter who can work independently as well as in a group.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
  •  Leadership and interpersonal skills are required.
  •  A sense of urgency while working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining the highest level of quality is required.

Preferred:

  •  ERP Systems, Excel, Word, Outlook - Intermediate preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings is a plus.

  • This position will require working primarily indoors in a smoke-free office and manufacturing facility but may also require the employee to be outdoors on occasion.
  • Occasional assignments may include evening or weekend schedules.
  • The noise level is usually moderate to loud.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is primarily in the office performing work on a computer. Employee will be required to walk and be on the manufacturing floor.
