Job Description
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and fluid communication
- Manage and process orders while consistently updating inventory needs
- Provide insight on upcoming orders to production teams
- Review Sales Orders daily, as needed, to close out back orders
- Provide secondary review to purchasing to prevent over-ordering materials
- Other administrative duties, as assigned
- Associate’s degree
- Ability to work collaboratively, provide feedback, and manage a team
- Minimum 2 years experience supervising a team
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Process oriented and ability to problem solve under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and excel
