Maryland Treatment Centers Inc. is a growing regional behavioral health provider focused on clinical excellence, innovation, and scholarship. We are a thriving center for treatment of addictions and co-occurring disorders. We offer a full continuum of care, including inpatient, residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient services.

LOOKING FOR EVENING COVERAGE 3pm-11:30pm

We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our direct patient care team at our residential treatment facility in Sykesville, Maryland. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team-based environment and have a passion and curiosity for working with those who are struggling with addiction and other behavioral health concerns.

The Recovery Support Professional will be responsible for ensuring overall patient safety, completing rounds and room checks, and providing mentorship and guidance to the community. Experience in the field of substance use and behavioral health is preferred but not required . A willingness to learn, a passion or interest in working with those struggling with addiction, and the ability to respond to situations quickly and professionally is indispensable.Individuals in long term recovery are encouraged to apply!

Other Responsibilities:

*Screen patient belongings, monitor client movement on property, and account for whereabouts.

*Coordinate in house activities, chores, leisure time, and visitation

*Complete written and electronic documentation

*Complete room searches and ensure cleanliness of bedrooms

Minimum Qualifications:

*GED or high school diploma

*Basic computer skills

*Ability to multi-task and work in a team-based environment

*Communication skills

*Ability to work in a fast paced environment

*Commitment and passion for helping others

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Required)
• Overnight Shift (Required)
