Job Store Staffing is hiring immediately Accounting Tech- Part Time position! An ideal candidate for the Accounting Teach- Part time position will be someone with accounting experience duties will include updating financial statements, maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, matching invoices, and other general administrative duties.

Pay/Hours

• $22/hr

• Part Time (25-30hr/week)

• Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.

• Create and update expense reports.

• Process reimbursement forms.

• Scan and index all files

• Enter invoices and account notes into system

• Maintain digital and physical financial records.

Qualifications

• Accounts Payable or Account Receivable

• Experience with Excel and Adobe PDF

• Dependable

• Detailed oriented
