Job title: Premium Guest Experience RepresentativeWork Location: NRG Stadium – Houston, TexasDivision/Department: Guest ExperienceReports to: Guest Experience Coordinator ☐ Full-Time ☒ Part-Time ☐ Exempt ☒ Non-ExemptEssential Job Function: Responsible for delivering personalized and extraordinary service to premium guests, ensuring that every interaction exceeds their expectations and providing a seamless and unforgettable experience on gameday. Duties/Responsibilities: Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, providing assistance as needed.Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and solutions to meet their needs.Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including housekeeping, maintenance, and dining services.Uphold company policies and procedures related to guest interactions, privacy, and safety at all times.Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest service areas, including lobby, reception desk, and guest rooms if necessary. Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Guest Experience department. Subject to reasonable accommodations, position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: High School Diploma required.Minimum one year as an Alumna of the Houston Texans Cheerleader Program required. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards guest satisfaction.Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable moments. Physical Requirements: Occasional travel related to job duties and responsibilities.Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.Must be able to talk, stand, walk, sit, drive, bend, squat, climb, twist and reach as necessary.
