Job Title: Part-Time Recreational Vehicle Assistant

As we continue to grow we are seeking a passionate and customr-oriented individual to join us as a Part-Time Recreational Vehicle Assistant.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to assist our service advisors in the service drive and provide hands-on demonstrations of recreational vehicles to customers. The ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with the public, possess excellent communications skills, and have a passion for helping people operate unfamiliar equipement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist service advisors in the service drive, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer servivce.
• Provide personalized demonstrations to customers who have just purchased recreational vehicles, explaining how to operate various features effectively and safely.
• Assist customers with their campers at the time of pick-up from service, ensuring they understand any repairs or maintenance completed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the service area
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements:

• Strong Interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively demonstrate the operation of recreational vehicles to customers
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to assist customers and team members
• basic understanding of recreational vehicles and camping equipment is preferred but not required
• availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
