System Administrator Summary:

The System Administrator will be a key player in strengthening our IT infrastructure to support company growth. Responsibilities include managing O365, optimizing server performance, and ensuring security. You'll also collaborate with teams, provide support, and conduct training sessions, utilizing your attention to detail and coordination skills in a dynamic office setting.

System Administrator Responsibilities:

• O365 administration, encompassing implementations, configurations, account setup, and maintenance of security standards.
• manage, upgrade, and patch servers to ensure optimal performance.
• enhance both virtual and physical server environments.
• server activity to preempt and resolve issues efficiently.
• devise and implement strategies to bolster server security.
• across all organizational levels to address tier two and three support concerns.
• training sessions to educate personnel on tier two and three administrations, covering both hardware and software aspects of PCs.
• software updates and patches and assess new PC systems and associated equipment.

System Administrator Requirements:

• 5 years of professional experience in server administration.
• in troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance.
