Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to support our educational team in providing exceptional care and education to students. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education, behavior management, and classroom assistance.

Duties:
- Assist in implementing educational programs and activities for students
- Provide individualized attention and support to students
- Support the lead teacher in classroom management and organization
- Help maintain a safe and clean learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers to address student needs and behavior management

Skills:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience working with students, particularly in toddler care or early childhood education settings
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with Montessori or private school educational approaches
- Ability to support and educate students effectively
- Strong classroom management skills
- Background in special education or daycare settings is a plus
