Skills and Experience
- 5 years' Workday HRIS and project management experience.
- Experience with technical and functional aspects of Workday HCM, Performance Management and Compensation.
- Experience managing projects across multiple departments (Human Resources, Corporate Real Estate & Office of Diversity & Inclusion).
- Strong working knowledge of planning, project management, budgeting, and quality assurance as it relates to business process and business-related projects.
- Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills required, along with the ability to create and deliver presentations.
- Workday and HR or project management certification a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Five plus years of relevant experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
