We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual for the role of Forklift Operator. This position is day shift with flexible hours during the week and no weekends.

Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Operate a forklift to efficiently load trucks with pallets positioned throughout the warehouse.
- Handle products from coolers (temperature 38 degrees)
- Check expiration dates on products, count cases and/or pallets.
- Maintain product integrity, ensuring no damage during handling.
- Utilize the bar scanning system for accurate inventory management.

- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor, embracing a learning and development team-based environment, regardless of role.
- Self-starter with strong prioritization and finishing skills; comfort in change as a state of being.
- Exhibit exceptional soft skills and team-oriented communication skills with the ability to effectively work with a wide variety of people and roles.
- Minimum of one year of forklift experience.
- Possess a sense of urgency, high energy, and a great attitude.
- Show enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work.
- Can work in a steady and fast paced environment.
- Manufacturing experience a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a factory environment with exposure to various temperatures and noise levels.
- Must be able to stand, kneel, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
