Job Description
Position: Outside Sales Representative
Location: Dallas/Fort Worth
Type: Full-time/Full Benefits/Base pay/Uncapped Commission/Bonus
Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential customers in your area.
Consultation: Conduct in-home consultations to understand customer needs and recommend ADT security solutions.
Sales: Present and sell ADT products and services, closing deals with confidence.
Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.

What We’re Looking For
**Motivated Self-Starter:** A driven individual who thrives on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with customers and present solutions effectively.
Customer-Focused: A passion for providing outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in outside sales, door-to-door sales, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of home security technology and smart home devices is a plus.
