Account Manager - USALocation - New York Salary - Up to $90,000 dependent on experience Commission SmartStream is looking for an Account Manager responsible for the retention and growth of client accounts in USA. This individual will work closely with the Head of Account Management to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, increase customer satisfaction, and improve overall customer experience.This person will prioritise key accounts, develop large account management plans and work with multifunctional teams at Smartstream to ensure clients maximise their investment in our technology. This role will need to interface with: Sales executives, presales and regional managers,Product Managers, PS, Support, Delivery engagement, Managed services and OnDemandSPO, Commercial review and financeExternal strategic partners This is role will be focused on retaining existing accounts but also greatly improving adoption of our other SmartStream solutions within the USA client base. The role reports into the Head of Account Management.
