About the Role The Lunch and After School Team plays an essential role in our school community, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities on campus. This position involves supervising Kindergarten through 4th-grade students during indoor and outdoor play, as well as during craft activities and snack times. This role is crucial in fostering a safe and supportive atmosphere that enhances the students' learning experience. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about working with children and contributing to their growth and well-being.

You will also... - Plan and organize after-school arts and crafts, games, and outdoor activities.
- Assist students with homework and provide support as needed.
- Collaborate with other faculty and staff members to ensure cohesive and effective programming.
- Be responsible for the safe supervision and care of students, maintaining a secure and nurturing environment.
- Promote positive behavior and support the developmental needs of our energetic and motivated students.
What We Are Looking For - High school graduate or GED
- Prior experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to connect with a variety of colleagues and students
