We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Bar Manager to join our team at White Elephant. The ideal candidate will assist the General Manager in daily operations, sales management, and customer service to ensure the bar meets its financial goals.
Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily bar operations.
• Manage and motivate staff to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
• Train new employees on company policies and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Process transactions using POS systems.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a bar or restaurant establishment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of sales management techniques.
• Ability to operate POS systems effectively.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is a required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

• Texas Food Managers Permit
• TABC Certification
• 4 years minimum as an assistant manager or similar role, preferably in a bar setting.
