Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them in finding the perfect products to meet their needs. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products that meet their needs
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet sales targets and goals set by management
- Upsell additional products or services to increase revenue
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store success

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of jewelry, wireless, or technology sales is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are an asset
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Basic math skills for retail calculations
