Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Maintenance Manager at our location in Aurora, IL. The Assistant Maintenance Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, maintenance management, and maintenance and repair. The role also involves supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills
- Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Strong background in Maintenance Management
- Knowledge of Maintenance & Repair processes
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
- Experience in the baking or food manufacturing industry is a plus
