- Serve as the primary point-of-contact (POC) for all new employees during New Employee Orientation and throughout Training
- Gather licensing documentation and assist with the application process for state licenses
- Assist with carrier certifications and updating agent profiles in licensing systems
- Vetting new hires to determine License eligibility
- Provide support to agents during re-certifications each year
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date licensing systems and databases
