**Position**: On-Call Home Care Occupational Therapist in the greater Twin Cities 7 County Metro area.

**Requirements**

**Education**: Graduate of an approved school of Therapy

**Experience**: Current license/registration in the State of Minnesota plus a minimum of 1 year of experience in Occupational Therapy

I consent to take a medical examination by a qualified physician at the discretion of my employer.

Although management makes every effort to accommodate individual preferences, business needs may at times make the following conditions mandatory: overtime, shift work, a rotating work schedule other than Monday through Friday.
