Willamette Education Service District is accepting applications for a full-time (40 hours per week) Program Coordinator - Postsecondary Pathways position. Successful candidate will work as a member of the School Improvement Services Department and will follow a 260-day calendar. This position will be based at the Willamette ESD Marion Center in Salem, OR and will begin as soon as possible upon conclusion of the selection process.

Salary and Benefits

• This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) administrative/non-represented position.
• Placement on the Willamette ESD administrative salary schedule, $106,300 - $129,330, will be commensurate with applicant’s qualifications, relevant training and experience, and prorated according to start date. Salary and benefits shown are based upon full-time employment (1.0 FTE) for the entire school year contract period.
• Willamette ESD supports payment for health, dental and vision insurance premiums for eligible employees. Employer-paid PERS, holidays, sick leave, and personal days are also provided to eligible employees.

JOB SUMMARY
The Willamette Promise and Control Tower programs serve students in over 50 school districts around the state of Oregon with Dual Credit and Career Connected Learning opportunities. The program harnesses the power of collaboration to support student’s academic success and achievement as they work toward finding meaningful career and college pathways. Willamette Promise and Control Tower partner with Western Oregon University, the Oregon Institute of Technology, and a variety of business and industry partnerships to effectively serve students across the Willamette Valley and beyond. The Program Coordinator provides overall strategic direction and organization for the Willamette Promise program and Control Tower programs, leads key initiatives, pursues funding to ensure sustainability of the partnerships, and oversees training, data collection, communication efforts and performs other Coordinator-level activities as assigned.
