The Marketing Technologist will play a key role in driving their organization's marketing efforts by leveraging technology to optimize campaigns, enhance user experience, and analyze data for actionable insights. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Utilize marketing technology platforms to automate processes, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and website, to increase engagement and drive conversions
• Implement and maintain marketing analytics tools to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making
• Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in marketing technology, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance our marketing efforts
• Provide training and support to team members on marketing technology platforms and tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing technology or a related role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
• Experience with web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and content management systems such as WordPress, a plus
