Key Responsibilities:

• Shipment Coordination:
  • Coordinate LTL shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Manage and track LTL shipments using our systems.
• Carrier Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with LTL carriers.
  • Negotiate rates and service agreements to secure the best value for our clients.
• Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving shipment issues promptly.
  • Communicate shipment status and updates to clients regularly.
• Documentation and Compliance:
  • Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading and packing lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure all LTL shipments comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to improve LTL processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze shipment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Problem-Solving:
  • Address and resolve any issues or delays in LTL shipments.
  • Work with internal teams and carriers to find solutions to shipment challenges.
