Job Summary:

As the Director of Player Development, you will lead our player development team to enhance and expand our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate relationships with high-value players, ensuring their experiences exceed expectations, driving loyalty. You will develop and execute strategic initiatives to attract and retain VIP customers, driving revenue growth, enhancing brand reputation, and leading a team of Executive Hosts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Player Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value players, understanding their preferences and ensuring personalized experiences.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to attract new high-value players and retain existing ones.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute targeted promotions and events aimed at VIP customers.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the player development team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring professional growth.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through effective player engagement strategies and programs.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data analytics to track player activity, preferences, and trends, and generate reports to inform strategy.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure an exceptional experience for all VIP guests, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in casino player development or a related field (such as a personalized, membership-driven business), with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Familiarity with gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Other: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
