Position Information Position Title Cooperative Innovative High School Liaison Announcement Summary Fayetteville Technical Community College is recruiting for a new member to join our Student Services Success Team and now accepting applications for a full-time Cooperative Innovative High School Liaison!

The Cooperative Innovative High School Liaison serve as a liaison between Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC) and Cumberland Polytechnic High School (CPHS) to facilitate the development of positive relationships and keep the lines of communication open.

Duties Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Coordinate with appropriate FTCC and CPHS personnel to establish course needs and provide resources to meet those needs.
• Accurately process all paperwork and documentation and maintain student records in compliance with Career and College Promise Operating Procedures.
• Register CPHS students for their FTCC courses.
• Research, coordinate, and implement best practice programs and procedures as related to the goals and objectives of the FTCC-CPHS partnership.
• Monitor the academic progress of the CPHS students and provide support, guidance, and referrals to the Student Learning Center as needed.
• Work with students to develop individual career plans.
• Assist in the marketing and promotion of CPHS.
• Answer questions and provide information to students and the public.
• Provide enthusiastic and responsible customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Participate in CPHS committees, faculty meetings, and extracurricular activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Business Administration, or a closely related field;

or equivalent. Preferred Requirements A Master’s degree is desirable. Full or Part Time Full Time College Pay Scale Minimum starting salary $54,014.
